FAQs

Cancellation of event must be written via email, including your order number and reason. Any cancelled order is subject to the following cancellation charges
Within 8 weeks prior to event 25% of order value
Within 6 weeks prior to event 50% of order value
Within 4 weeks prior to event 75% of order value
Within 2 weeks prior to event 100% of order value

If no notice has been given to us in advance, resulting in our arrival at the venue as booked, a surcharge of £300.00 will apply to all hirers in the event of cancellation of the event.

The above conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Utopia Bars in part or in whole for one or more of its clients where the company has grounds deemed necessary.

If an item is not returned in its original state, there will be a final fee depending on the value of the item.

A very simple answer, ANYTHING, ANYWHERE. Our team has provided licensed mobile bars at a range of venues ranging from garden parties, marquees to function halls. 

No problem, we have our very own exclusively built bar, which we assemble for you and is very solid. 

Corkage is very cheap at £4.00 per bottle (most venues would charge £7.00 minimum). We’re afraid we have to charge this due to the fact that while people are drinking beverages provided we lose out on revenue over the bar, while being responsible for alcohol on the premises. 

The stated minimum number of guests is required. However if you require less guests, please contact us beforehand incase of any fees. If less turn up on the day, we may require the extra fee on the day. Failure to pay the fee, will result in the bar being able to pack up and leave the premises with no refunds given. This is all stated in our T&C.

It will generally take about 90 minutes to set up all of the front bar, back bar and fully stock the fridges in order for the drinks to be chilled before service. 

We ask that we have clear and easy access to where the bar is to be positioned. We prefer although no vital, access to electricity on site and a parking space for our vehicles. 

The license to operate would be applied for the hours you specify on the booking form. 

Yes we provide a full licensing support service. We can obtain a licence for any venue that doesn’t already have one, including your back garden! This is providing the premises owners are happy with us to do so, please check they are ok before booking. 

At the end of a cash bar event, we will take away all glass bottles and glasses which were originally sourced from our cash bar. This is toensure that we do our part to recycle all glass and keep venues as tidy as possible. Please note that we cannot take away any rubbish, other than what we sell (Glass Bottles & Glasses) due to recycling reasons.

Yes, you most definitley can. If you are after a specific brand/drink, please message us after making your booking and we will try our best to source it and bring it along to your amazing event.
